Every time MPVs are mentioned, Tata Hexa has always been a part of the conversation. In the Indian automobile market, it was first unveiled at the 2014 Auto Expo in a concept form. It has been developed in association with the Land Rover division and is set to replace the Aria. It is expected to be in line with Tata’s current lot of cars.
Tata Hexa testing has been spotted on several occasions but has always been kept vague. The test mule also spots the similar styling like the one showcased in the Auto Expo. The Hexa has a large honeycomb grille that is underlined by a U-shaped chrome strip.

Tata Hexa, the crossover SUV is completely set to go on sale in India from 17 January 2017. Few have already drove the car on the roads of India and feel that Tata has finally lived up to the expectations.
By manufacturing a worthy product in the premium crossover SUV space will be competing with others like Mahindra XUV 500.

Well, this is due to the fact that the carmakers are still working on the improvisation and modification of the Hexa after taking into consideration the views received from industry experts.
Tata has been delaying the car through its pace for quite a long time now and the near production of the car has been spotted several times.

The Tata Hexa that was last spotted was the top-of-the-line XT variant which came in a Metallic Blue color.

Tata Hexa SUV salient features:
The car will be powered by the same 2-2 litre VARICOR 400 diesel engine that does duty on the top-of-the-line Tata Safari Storme VARICOR 400.
The enormous oil burner produces 154bhp and expands a fleshy peak torque of 400Nm. While the Hexa that was spotted came with a manual gearbox, the car is also likely to come with the feature of a conventional 6 speed automatic transmission.
The SUV will also come with a 4×4 system. It seemed that Tata has already disclosed assured specifications of the car when the Hexa was showcased early this year at the 2016 Auto Expo.
What’s going to happen after Hexa SUV launch?
Soon after its launch, the Hexa will be positioned above the Tata Safari Strome, taking its equitable place as the company’s flagship SUV in India. The Tata Hexa will go up against the likes of the Mahindra XUV500 and Toyota Innova Crysta in India.
